The FAA described the incident as an engine problem, and videos obtained by ABC News showed brief bursts of flames emanating from the aircraft's engine.

Witnesses near the airport reported hearing loud booming sounds and seeing smoke and what appeared to be flames. The aircraft, Flight 1665, had just taken off when the issue was detected. The plane was taken out of service for technical evaluation, and no injuries have been reported. The FAA is currently investigating the incident.
